The Honda Civic was redesigned last year in order to better compete with cars such as the Toyota Corolla. The old platform was getting a bit outdated so Honda decided to step it up a bit. And to say that they improved the Honda Civic would be an understatement. If you are searching for a top quality small car option, it does not get much better than the Honda Civic.
The Honda Civic comes in both a two and four door model. This is where the Honda Civic beats out the competition; in particular the Toyota Corolla. The younger generation is more prone to buy a car that has two doors. This is something that is offered in the Honda Civic but not the Corolla.
But regardless of how many doors a Honda Civic has, the new model is top of the line. The exterior has been redone to give it a sleeker look; this appeals to the younger driver. To go along with this the interior also got a redesign that is much more user friendly.
The biggest advantage of the Honda Civic on the road is the gas mileage that it offers. You can expect 30 miles per gallon or better from the Honda Civic in a mix of both city and highway driving.
